Tonight: RI GOP National Committeeman candidates speak

When we had Joe Trillo on Newsmakers last week, I wanted to ask him about what it means when the two most prominent Republicans in Warwick -- him and Scott Avedisian -- are battling each other (as well as Robert Manning) for the title of RI GOP National Committeman. We ran out of time, but maybe someone will ask this tonight:

The Rhode Island Young Republicans present Meet the Candidates for National Committee!

WHEN: Thursday, May 22.
TIME: 6-8 PM
WHERE: Knights of Columbus.  1047 Park Avenue, Cranston

All candidates will have three minutes to speak to the audience.  Come support your candidate of choice by voting for them as many times as you want in a straw poll!  Winners will be announced at the end of the evening.

$10 a person or $25 a person to become an official member of the RIYRs (age 18-40).  Entry to the event includes ten tickets to participate in the straw poll.  Additional tickets are $1 each.

See you there!
