Polling firm adds jobs in Warwick

Opinion Factor, a Utah-based marketing and opinion research service, is holding a ribbon-cutting today to formally announce its establishment of a facility in Warwick.

The PBN reports:

“We are extremely pleased to make Rhode Island the site of our company’s second Call Center facility,” CEO Richard Kuchinsky said in a statement today. “By bringing over 350 jobs to the Ocean State, we feel that we can make a strong impact on the state’s economy.”

The company describes its new Warwick call center as “a 128-seat data-collection facility equipped with the latest VOXCO survey platforms and PRONTO predictive dialers, which are fully integrated with Opinion Factor’s fiber-optic telephony server.”

Kuchinsky cited “the high quality and dedication we have found in the Rhode Island work force” as “an extremely important driving force” his company’s decision to place its second call center in Warwick.

The PBN has previously reported on how Opinion Factor has a consulting relationship with RIC pollster Victor Profughi.

According to Opinion Factor CEO Richard Kuchinsky, Dr. Victor Profughi’s assignment will include promoting an expansion of Opinion Factor’s services that will include a full line of consulting and survey arrangements. Among the services offered will be questionnaire design, sample selection, survey administration, report writing and analysis, and political and market consulting.

Commenting on the arrangement, Kuchinsky said, “We are indeed fortunate to have someone of the caliber and experience of Dr. Profughi on board. He brings a great deal of enthusiasm together with many years of experience in survey and market research. His help will be invaluable as we launch our new Warwick Call facility and expand services in this dynamic market.” He added. “We welcome Vic as the Voice of Opinion Factor here in New England.”
