From what I can see, while he was head of the EDC, he created a &quot;non-profit&quot; called the Business Innovation Factory,&quot; which appears to be funded with EDC money. Now, he has left the EDC to take up a job with... the Business Innovation Factory. Isn&#39;t this a screaming ethics violation? During his tenure with a state agency he used agency resources to create a job for himself post-EDC?
