The Rasmussen Poll Now Has Giuliani Behind in Florida

We're not paying that much attention to the flood of polls now pouring out -- causing a kind of media frenzy -- because at this point, the polls are all over the lot and they will change in the days ahead. But when there is an important trend or development we'll note it, and that's happened this morning with the news that the latest Rasmussen Poll shows Rudy Giuliani has lost his lead in Florida to Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney.

And if he loses five in a row in January, he's in huge trouble on Super Tuesday on February 5. He now has to turn that state around -- and his best chance of doing so may be to head to Michigan which votes on January 15th and pull out an early victory there.
