Michael Flaherty recently posted on BlueMassGroup calling on the state for increased funding for the T. (www.bluemassgroup.com/.../transportation). As far as I've seen, this is the first time anyone in Boston government has done much of anything to try and help out the T. Where are Boston's politicians on this matter?

How do you decide which posts get published and which ones don't?  I commented on your at-large council candidates wrap-up, and never saw it on the blog.  Just wondering.

Did you receive a special, VIP-only invitation from the BRA to attend today's opening ceremonies at the mosque?

Michael Flaherty has gone through somewhat of a political makeover recently. He flipped his position on open government, the BU biolab, funding for street workers, charter schools, etc. Will he be able to reinvent himself successfully as a progressive?

    David,

What are your impressions of that newcomer Chris Kulikowski in the North End? Is he the real deal or more of the same?

    David,

What is your impression of newcomer Chris Kulikowski? Is he the real deal or more of the same? I met him in Charlestown and liked his energy. He seems to be everywhere. Your thoughts?

Why didn't you cover the special election for 3rd Suffolk State Representative?  Given that one of the candidates was a guy whose only significant work experience was working for the guy who just stepped down due to coming indictments and given that the other guy was ... well, me ... how come?

If we assume for a minute that Tim Cahill will run for Gov. Who are the leading candidates for his present seat?

Will the Republicans be able to field some serious candidates for any office beside Gov and Lt. Gov? If memory serves me correctly they could not find anyone to run for many offices in the last statewide election.

Do you hear anything about Joe D retiring and Guy Glodis running for Auditor?

    Thanks

There was a candidate forum last night at Hibernian Hall and Menino didn't show. Is this slap in the face to the voters going to be ignored?
