Mais non! Seems like a repeat of the "Hillary for Vice President" drama. Hillary commended Condi and spoke generally and favorably about the

Secy. of State duties. Next day, the New York Post and Daily News each rushed to judgment declaring Hillary wanted to be Secy. of State! No prior mention of this possibility. Zilch. Her name doesn't appear in the laundry lists of possible Obama appointments for anything. Clinton, a quick study, indicated her surprise that she hadn't been considered for a post. Obama and Clinton differed dramatically on foreign policy in their endless debates and the

strong-minded and strong-willed Clinton, as Secy. of State, must defer to the President. Does Barack want Bill Clinton as Co-Secretary? Hillary will likely back out, citing her promise to serve NY residents and her intent to help out Barack on health and human service issues. Clinton wants to be known as the person who made health care available and affordable to all Americans and Secretaries of State don't do that.
