Slideshow: 'Paint Pens in Purses' in Allston

Gallery pops up in vacant liquor store

"Paint Pens in Purses," a female art collective, put up its work in a pop-up gallery at 193 Harvard Ave., Allston (the former Marty's Liquors). The show, which runs until the space gets rented out (or thereabouts), features art by Mykim Dang, Ali Nebel, Kim Harris, Genie B., tofusquirel, Molly David, Nineta, Silver Oris, Morgan Thomas and Shayna Shenanigans.
