$ 630 PER MONTH FOUR BEDROO
This all inclusive arrangement includes ALL utilities with high speed wireless Internet access and FREE on street parking. My home has an international flavor and a mix of short term, transitional guests as well people staying for a year or more. All utilities means heat, electricity & water, local telephone and voice mail as well as a digital cable connected TV in each room, and high speed wireless Internet access. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with bed, desk, and closet space. The all inclusive monthly charge for the above is $630 for the room available now (12 6" x 20 3.84 x 6.1m). One month’s security deposit required. Tenancy at will with one month’s notice by the beginning of a month by either party to terminate the tenancy. Please call us 201-845-7300
