Sasso’s pistachio soufflé

Help us help you

Do yourself a favor. When your server informs you, at the beginning of your dinner at Sasso, that if you’re planning to have the pistachio soufflé for dessert, you need to order it now, tell him, “Yes, please.”

Do yourself another favor. When your server brings you your pistachio soufflé and asks if you’d like him to pour warm and silky crème Anglaise into its moist, subtly nutty center, and if you’d like him to spoon a dollop of sweet Chantilly cream onto its golden-brown top, tell him, “But of course.”

Do yourself a final favor. When your dining companion takes note of the blissful look on your face as you speed-eat your way through your pistachio soufflé and asks you if he can have a bite, tell him, “Are you kidding?”

Available for $12 at SASSO, 116 Huntington Avenue, in Boston. Call 617.247.2400.
