On May 4, at Manhattan’s Swiss Center, Young Gods will perform unplugged. It will be their first visit to this country for a decade; it’s also the only US show they have planned. Is a proper tour in the works? “We might tour,” Treichler says. “It’s not sure yet, so it might be a bit iffy to talk about it, but it could possibly be with the Melvins in September. That would be great.” It would indeed. You heard it here first.
