First, let the locals show you how it's done: on Wednesday night, get a pint with the Providence chapter of Drinking Liberally at the Wild Colonial (250 South Water Street), right along the river.
On Friday night, it's "Pro-Choice, Pro-Party," hosted by the Center for Reproductive Rights, at one of downtown's best bars, Salon (57 Eddy Street).
And on Saturday night, the Daily Kos celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Whiskey Republic (515 South Water Street), in a party open only to convention attendees with a Netroots Nation credential. There's a DJ, dancing, and an open bar. Perfect for any freeloading socialists.
