The graffiti — and little else — rule the city

Getting Up is the first venture into gaming by fashion impresario Marc Ecko, and it features the voices of Talib Kweli, Giovanni Ribisi, and Charlie (“I’m Rick James, bitch”) Murphy. With this much star power, along with some real nice visuals, it had a chance to be a masterpiece. But poor execution leaves it in the realm of really good bathroom-wall scribblings.
