For the evening, Wagoner wore black pants, a white dress shirt and a tie, a vest with an enamel ladybug pinned to its shoulder, and a pair of the softest, most cushiony shoes imaginable. I always think of Wagoner as barefooted. Not only has he spent most of his life being careful of dance floors, he probably loves to wiggle his toes in the dirt and then have a splash in the nearest creek.
He ended the evening with his recipe for pancakes.
