Last week, the Merce Cunningham Dance Company gave a farewell performance at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
In Pond Way (1998), dancers in floaty white pajamas sped and spun across the space like dragonflies, accompanied by Brian Eno’s quiet score of low drones and bells.
