Hundertmark's cast really puts the smirk in Coward's show; the threesome is at its best as the characters get more and more upset and unlikable: Anxiety, hysteria, and rage are the prime currencies for the Condomines, and Somssich, Motson, and Wixson play these especially well. That said, opening weekend saw several instances of botched lines (even, surprisingly, actors addressing other characters by their own character's name) that will hopefully be tightened up by next weekend. But the cast and crew otherwise put on a solid and lively performance of Coward's comedy, and they make a good case that the one unironically blithe spirit of the title is the one who carries the crystal ball.
