Were we not currently swimming in such a mucky economic cesspool, in which the implosion of billion-dollar firms is every-day front-page news, Knopper's account of unchecked avarice compounded by monumental cluelessness would have to be filed under fiction. Instead, Appetite for Self-Destruction is a cautionary tale for our times. If you can't already, you'll probably soon be able to download it to the electronic device of your choice. Books, it's been said, are the next to go.
