To add another loop to the remarkable mesh of history investigated by the Bang Group, we should remember that the original choreographer of Annie Get Your Gun, Helen Tamiris, was married at the time to Daniel Nagrin, who was a featured dancer in the show. Nagrin died last December after a long career as a dancer and choreographer and teacher that included two seasons as a faculty member at Summer Stages Dance.
