Currently, Warren is working to expand his offerings. Right now ice cream is available by the half pint ($3), but he hopes to open a scoop shop in the coming weeks. He plans to make his own sugar and waffle cones, along with milkshakes, sundaes, and ice-cream sandwiches on house-made cookies.
For now, Warren spends his days plotting and taste-testing his next flavor. "I've eaten so much ice cream in the last few weeks, it's ridiculous," he admits, but for the rest of us, that just means summer is well on its way.
