The space is bright and the owner's sunny disposition rubs off on regulars, who keep up a light banter around a large coffee table. Yordprom's big tables might be better suited to lunch than to a long solitary sit with a coffee. When meals end these creative professionals will face the dilemma of what to do with their ambivalence about another afternoon of our contemporary freedoms. The young owners of both these neighborhood lunch spots seem comfortable with the balance of liberty and hard work that comes with entrepreneurialism. One hopes that when the coworking strivers begin to rely on these laid-back proprietors for sustenance, Mr. Sandwich and Yordprom won't have to change too much.
