Ovila Dubbel - Clear and deep copper in color, this Abbey Dubbel has a complex and rich malty sweetness with hints of caramelized sugar. The aroma is a heady and layered mix of fruit and spice, with hints of clove, raisin, and black pepper from the use of an abbey style yeast 7.5% abv
Ovila Saison - With earthy and spicy aromas, this rustic Saison has note of green grass and a faint citrus tang. The body is light and layered with fruit and spice accents and a dry, peppery finish. 7% abv
Torpedo Extra IPA - is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish. 7.2% abv

Scarlet Lady ESB - English style ale brewed with Marris Otter and Caramel malts for a rich reddish copper cover and a smooth malty palate. 5% abv
Fat Dog Stout- an imperial stout/oatmeal stout hybrid with assertive hoppiness and a prominent roasted malt character 9%abv
Double IPA - a generously hopped intense strong double IPA 10% abv
Old Abominable Barley Wine - brewed with 80% Marris Otter malt and a single variety of domestic hops in an attempt to blend the American and the English versions of the barley wine style ale. The ale is then aged in whiskey barrels for 7 months. 8.5% abv

Eredrum - a son of a bitch of an imperial red ale. 10% abv
Raspberry Imperial Porter - Imperial porter with a stupid amount of raspberries added in to the kettle 8.5%
Imperial Oktoberfest - a giant Marzen with a good dose of spice, malt and wine. 8.5% abv
