After all, even the wimpiest among us can enjoy full-bodied, voluptuous wines — and that’s just what will be served at the event, which includes a four-course dinner prepared by chef de cuisine Mark Sapienza. Each course will be paired with a wine from Ravenswood Winery; associate winemaker Jennifer Beloz will be the evening’s guest speaker.
