Sure, wine-tasting dinners and other restaurant events are great fun, but wouldn’t it be nice to be able to create a little culinary magic on your own once in awhile? Head to Marco (253 Hanover Street, Boston) on February 19, at 6:30 pm, when chef de cuisine Matt Abdoo leads a hands-on class on lasagna.
