A taste of Craigie Steet Bistrot

April 3
By TAMARA WIEDER  |  March 28, 2007
It sure ain’t kosher, but it’s gotta be tasty: on April 3, Craigie Street Bistrot (5 Craigie Street, Cambridge) presents Pigs in Zen, its second annual whole-hog dinner. The six-course menu includes ragù of Spanish octopus and pigs’ tails, confit of Vermont organic suckling pig, and pepper-and-spice-cured pork belly. The cost is $95; add $40 for a “swine/wine pairing” (or order your wine à la carte off the regular menu). Reservations are requested; call 617.497.5511. Oink.
