It sure ain’t kosher, but it’s gotta be tasty: on April 3, Craigie Street Bistrot (5 Craigie Street, Cambridge) presents Pigs in Zen, its second annual whole-hog dinner. The six-course menu includes ragù of Spanish octopus and pigs’ tails, confit of Vermont organic suckling pig, and pepper-and-spice-cured pork belly.
