If a glass of smooth, full-bodied whiskey makes you feel like celebrating the drink, then consider the Johnnie Walker Tasting Dinner at Todd English’s Bonfire (50 Park Plaza, Boston) a holiday. The February 21 event, featuring Brad Jarvis from Master of Scotch, will pair four dinner courses with four Johnnie Walker Scotch whiskies, making you feel like you’ve just flown to the Scottish Highlands. The cost is $100 and a cocktail reception begins at 6 pm; call 617.262.FIRE to make reservations and prepay.
