Kelley’s Deli

By JOHNETTE RODRIGUEZ  |  December 2, 2009

Our two visits to Kelley's barely touched the items in the newly expanded menu, including a half-dozen burgers (one topped with a potato cake); more wraps (check out the turkey cobb or the Buffalo shrimp); five different salads with chicken; steak or chicken Philly sandwiches. And that doesn't even touch the breakfast options.

One more thing about the café's expanded space: you can read the numerous framed Irish proverbs and gaze at the Irish scenes easier than you could in the previous high-ceilinged room. Here, they are spread around, mixed with Irish beer signs, a few leprechauns, and a large framed picture of Seinfeld's Kramer, a nod to Kelley's Brooklyn days.
