For those of you who lean toward the lunch end of brunch, Vignola also offers a selection of paninis such as its grilled prosciutto, salumi (cured pork), and mozzarella panini with fresh herb pesto and tomatoes as well as a grilled Maine smoked-salmon panini with cream cheese, red onion, spinach, capers, and mustard dressing. And if you really can't decide whether to go for the "br" or the "unch" aspect, fortunately you can take time to wait it out until you get hungry again — Sundays are not for getting things done, after all.
