CULTS — the indie-music brainchild of two NYC film students — first hit the scene about a year ago, posting a couple of songs to Bandcamp. They created a considerable buzz, if only because their band name proved almost entirely un-Googleable and nobody knew quite who/what they were. Now the buzz is more about their sound.
