The crew at Mama Kim’s

The “gourmet mobile restaurant” serves “Mama’s Favorites” — seafood pajun (scallion pancakes), yubu rice, and bulgogi — plus wraps and sliders, and daily specials. And they take requests! E-mail the chef at chef@mamakims.us  to lobby for your favorite Korean creation. The truck is open Monday through Sunday for lunch from 11 am to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 5 to 8:30 pm at the corner of Thayer and Waterman streets, Providence, and on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 pm to 2 am at various locations. Check Facebook/Twitter for real-time updates, call 401.787.8977, or go to mamakims.us.
