The “gourmet mobile restaurant” serves “Mama’s Favorites” — seafood pajun (scallion pancakes), yubu rice, and bulgogi — plus wraps and sliders, and daily specials. And they take requests! The truck is open Monday through Sunday for lunch from 11 am to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 5 to 8:30 pm at the corner of Thayer and Waterman streets, Providence, and on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 pm to 2 am at various locations.
