Chez Pascal’s Kristin and Matt Gennuso are the brain trust behind Hewtin’s Dogs Mobile, known to some of us simply as “the pork truck,” bestowing incredible dogs (also available from the Hot Dog Cart) and on-the-go gourmet meals.
