Valerie Laliberte and Chris Iannucci in Hewtin’s Dogs Mobile

“If it ain’t in a casing, it ain’t worth tasting” is the culinary credo for the finest mobile eatery in Rhode Island. Chez Pascal’s Kristin and Matt Gennuso are the brain trust behind Hewtin’s Dogs Mobile, known to some of us simply as “the pork truck,” bestowing incredible dogs (also available from the Hot Dog Cart) and on-the-go gourmet meals. The truck can often be found at Roger Williams Park, at the corner of North Main and Smith streets, and at Grants Block downtown. Up-to-the-minute info at twitter.com/#!/chezpascal or 401.421.4422
