Given the bordering-on-overkill prevalence of zombies this Halloween, you best have some brains on hand if you’re hosting a party. This version is perhaps too true-to-life, mimicking brain appearance and texture with shrimp and a blood-red sauce. The creators use a Jello brain mold (yes, Jello makes a brain mold) to shape this goopy mass of “brain matter.” To be fair, it does sound like a standout alternative to shrimp cocktail.
