3 - “Flayed Skin Cheeseball”


Whether it’s shaped like a ball, a log, or a face, it’s easy to make a case against the decorative holiday cheese appetizer. Primarily, it’s filled with cream cheese and sits out all day, forming an outputting cheese crust where some unlucky soul dared to cut into it. This corpse-with-a-sunburn masterpiece was made in an art store mask mold then covered in prosciutto — a rare instance where Italian ham makes a dish less appetizing. Not even bacon could save this one.
