At the Paramount Theater. Top: Silver-Qluster is Simeon of Silver Apples and Hans-Joachim Roedelius of Cluster/Harmonia. Their performance included various music and vocal samples, most notably a loud sample of Little Richard singing “A-wop-bop-a-loo-lop a-lop bam boo,” which made Simeon crack up.
Bottom: The Pop Group returned to the stage after nearly 30 years with all original members. ATP program booklet sez: “ These dates serve as a brief introduction to a new generation of the band’s signature caustic Molotov dub funk...” A friend sez: ‘They were better than I thought they’d be.”
