Montreal electro-pop celestial Claire Boucher's third record is a stylish force of electronic waves that sets her apart in a crowded field of female pop artists. Grimes's latest video, for the pulsating "Oblivion," features footage of Olympic Stadium (during a motocross race), former home of the dearly departed Montreal Expos. Le sigh.
