The Dandy Warhols don't care what you think

Kind of heavy comparison to put on the shoulders of an oftentimes winking, arch, always-fashionable, mainstream crossover indie band, but okay. Taylor is smart enough, and funny enough, that the whole self-important act may have been a put-on. As he points out, I'm probably going to take away from our talk whatever it was I intended to in the first place. Maybe I want him to seem overly self-important, because his band was important to me.
