Say it isn’t so — a Coma Coma sighting! The elusive pride of 75orLess Records will headline at the Parlour (401.383.5858) on THURSDAY (the 15th) with support from Monument Thief (featuring former members of the Inclined), Divining Rod, and Small Apartments. A pair of killer shows here in the capital city on FRIDAY (the 16th), with a triple-dip at Dusk featuring the return of Black Oil Incinerator with Invisible Hours and Good Lord ($5, 401.714.0444), and the Fête Lounge will be rocking courtesy of Rhody vets Neal Vitullo & the Vipers, Dog Day Afternoon, and Cannibal Ramblers ($10, 401.383.1112). And up north catch Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee (and Traffic co-founder) Dave Mason at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket (401.762.4545). King Sickabilly & His Full Moon Boys invade Firehouse 13 on SATURDAY (the 17th) with The Red Pennys, Johnny Carlevale & the Rollin’ Pins, and Slaughter Daughter ($10, 401.270.1801). Spring has finally decided to arrive, so head to the Narragansett Café on and catch The Senders on Saturday night, then head back there on SUNDAY (the 18th) and hang with blues icon James Montgomery starting around 1 pm; both shows are free of charge, dial 401.423.2150 for details. And get to AS220 (401.831.9327) Sunday for a loud one led by Cult Leader, with Yautja, Vein, and PVD’s Tinsel Teeth, among others, all for just $7 at the door.

Here’s an early heads-up on a ton of action next THURSDAY (the 22nd): the Met (401.729.1005) will hold a benefit show for the Sojourner House featuring the mighty Gertrude Atherton plus Gavage and SexCoffee; Dusk delivers another lineup of punishing doom metal with Tovarish, Ode, Sea of Bones, and Xiphoid Dementia; and the Parlour hosts another good one with Consuelo’s Revenge, Cousin Tommy, Triple Threat, and The Quahogs.
