Mass rap act RADIX got an impressive look from New York legends Das EFX when they invited Radix to open a European tour. Das EFX, best known for their hit “They Want EFX,” called on Radix to open all 25 dates, from Sweden to Spain. Radix recently released their new Hope EP, which has productions from LMZ, STAFFRO & JAKE THE BREAK, EXPLIZIT ONE, and others. You can find the EP on iTunes or via their Web site. Also, hip-hop superteam the MASTERS are on their way to releasing a second miraculous mix CD, Ace in the Hole Vol. 2. The first volume was one of the finest of last year; for the follow-up, JAYCEEOH and DJ ON&ON have more tricks up their sleeve. The pre-order page at ughh.com lists a menu of treats: “Van Halen/Ghostface,” “Bee Gees/Foxy Brown,” “Robin Thicke/Lil Wayne.” The full-length drops May 29, but you can pre-order it now at undergroundhiphop.com.
