The Big Hurt: A healthy death

By DAVID THORPE  |  October 13, 2009

It's tough to muster much enthusiasm for a music-movie crossover, but how perfect is it that DAFT PUNK are scoring and appearing in the Tron remake? Those dudes are Tron to the max.

Lunatic pundit toddler GLENN BECK has been big-upping MUSE a lot lately — not only does he dig their grandiose sounds, but he also believes that they share his libertarian values. He joked on air that the band's representatives had called him up and asked him to stop name-dropping them, and the media picked up that ball and ran embarrassingly far with it before being told it was a joke (or, as certain outlets chose to spin it, a lie). Shame on the media for imagining that Glenn Beck would mix the truth with his lies.
