Resist chimes in: “We’ve been around for three years and have two albums. When I look at it that way, it seems like a lot, but six months seems like two years when you’re sitting on 12 songs you want to release.”
Adds Refuse, “I’m so much a product of the computer age. Everybody’s used to now, now, now, and I’m guilty of that too. If I write something, I want to play it now and get it out now.”
So, maybe we can’t know for sure whether coming of age qualifies as punk. Can we agree that instant gratification is always punk as fuck?
