25 Hip-Hop acts to see at SXSW 2010

Yes, this one is obvious. Especially at SXSW, where Sage has become the fourth act cited (after De La, ATCQ, and the Beasties) by shitheads who say, "I don't like rap except for ... " Nonetheless, the Strange Famous honcho is one of the most reliable performers in any genre, prone to blowing snot rockets on fans and even breakdancing in boots. With a new disc on the way, his set is sure to lure some seriously long lines, so get there early.
