25 Hip-Hop acts to see at SXSW 2010

Dubb Sicks and Phranchyze
For me, the Odessa-bred, Austin-based degenerate Dubb Sicks is as much a SXSW staple as barbecue diarrhea. I met him five years ago at Emo's, where he kicked a Porta-Potty over with someone inside of it for no reason. In other Austin rap news: though he doesn't fist blow-up dolls like Dubb on stage, this cat Phranchyze is one of the nastiest improv MCs I've heard in some time.
