25 Hip-Hop acts to see at SXSW 2010

Boy Meets World was the premier rap release of 2009, so naturally, Fashawn is my number-one selection. I almost saw him open up for Ghostface back in Boston, but his label nixed his tour support at the last minute. Lucky for them, in Texas, Fresno's rhyme prodigy can bless the whole country within the space of a few miles. If legit hip-hop is indeed staging a resurrection, then Fashawn [insert corny Christ metaphor here].
