I also think see a slowly growing body of white folks who "get it" or at least try to, like Tim Wise, the white anti-racism activist who is willing to tackle issues like exploring how white privilege affects minorities. But to get to a truly post-racial America, we need a massive sea change in which most people — not just a few — will ask tough questions and endure harsh realizations, rather than just look for ways to sweep past racial issues under the rug, trying to bury them with a catchphrase.
