The Asian Dubya

By PHILLIPE AND JORGE  |  December 21, 2011

Jorge was honored to have met Cesária through her cousin Victoria, who lived in Providence for years. She was performing at RIC and there was an after-party for the band at the former Lucy's restaurant on Atwells Avenue. She was as humble a person as she was a great singer.

Finally, there was a death hoax that was briefly reported on Monday. Apparently some moron thought it would be funny to put out a fake news report that the rock star Jon Bon Jovi had died. This was nipped in the bud quite quickly but not until many waxen/flaxen tressed fans throughout the world broke into tears. Mr. Bon Jovi himself rapidly sent out a photograph of his beaming, healthy self holding a sign saying "Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey."
