Words like "nigger" and "queer" have long been used as a bludgeon to attack, stigmatize, and otherwise demean groups of people. Members of those groups who were on the receiving end of such attacks, we would argue, have a different relationship to what for another "out-group," would be nothing more than a slur.

Hallelujah! The Urinal has found its way to journalistic salvation. They are going to print their comics in color! Well that should certainly bring back readers appalled at the lack of hard or local news in the Incredible Shrinking Paper.
