I'm not interested in abstract policy. I'm interested in policy at the point where it touches people. And unless we do stuff — which includes how I spend my own time — to make sure that we are looking out — not inside this bubble or this echo chamber but out — then we are not doing what I think is best for the people of the commonwealth. And I think we do that — not as well yet as we will — but better than any administration has in the past. That's my two cents.
