10. Zack And Wiki: Quest For Barbaros’ Treasure | Capcom
Capcom’s only mistake was releasing Zack and Wiki (Wii) in the thick of the holiday shopping season, when it couldn’t hope to compete with juggernauts like Halo 3, Guitar Hero III, and Mass Effect. At a slower time of year, gamers hungry for anything new would have been more likely to discover the delights of this quirky puzzle game. Wanna-be pirate Zack, accompanied by an enchanted monkey named Wiki, sets out to re-assemble the bones of the legendary Barbaros in exchange for a cut of his treasure. Don’t let the cutesy æsthetic and bizarre play mechanics fool you: Zack and Wiki is a brain buster.
