A University of Georgia backup cornerback named Vance Cuff was arrested in Athens for “improperly emerging from an alley.” He was riding a scooter at the time.
Turns out the road was closed and he had a suspended license. This sounds like a low-point-total crime if ever there was one. Can a man get five-eighths of a point?
