Remember last year’s “Reclaiming Space,” the event involving the grassing of Congress Street? SPACE Gallery and Mensk team up again for another public space intervention: SWELL. Instead of a grassy Congress Street, you’ll see inflated forms, audio/visual installations, music, dance, and performance (including a set from Portland’s Toy Orchestra) outside of 538 Congress Street from 7 to 10 pm.
