"I ... really like the locations that the city is proposing — next to two major transit hubs," local car-sharing advocate Matti Gurney, who organized several community meetings around this topic earlier this year, wrote in an e-mail to the Phoenix. Those two hubs are on Commercial Street near the Casco Bay Ferry Lines, and near the METRO Pulse stop by Monument Square.

District 1 councilor Kevin Donoghue, who chairs the city's Transportation Committee, anticipates some challenges once the snow starts falling (the company is responsible for moving the cars during snow bans), but says he is confident that parent company U-Haul, which operates a business on Marginal Way, will be able to manage weather complications.
