Elsewhere, today’s best action is at the end of Middle St. In what may be the foodie celebrity event of the year, David Chang — chef and owner of New York City’s heavenly, inventive Momofuku restaurants — appears at Rabelais from 1-3 pm to sign and discuss one of the year’s most anticipated (not to mention handsome and user-friendly) cookbooks, called Momofuku.
